After several bad experiences with other dealers and dealerships, I found my way here. I filled out an online application and within a short time I received an email from Mr. Daniel. I went to the deale dealerships, I found my way here. I filled out an online application and within a short time I received an email from Mr. Daniel. I went to the dealership and Mr. Daniel immediately went to work even though I interrupted his lunch. The entire time he was totally encouraging, professional and one of the nicest, realist people I have ever met (not just in the car business). He worked nonstop to get me the payments, downpayment, and car I had wanted for several months! At times when I got discouraged and wasn't sure how things would go, he was right there to talk me through it. I can't say enough good things about this man! I walked in the dealership looking for a car and I walked out with one far nicer than I could have imagined and more importantly, someone I consider to be a new friend. I called the dealership looking for Eric Ryals inquiring about a SUV that was on the lot and he was no help at all.. basically if i came to look it, i came to look at seemed as tho he didnt care or wanted m about a SUV that was on the lot and he was no help at all.. basically if i came to look it, i came to look at seemed as tho he didnt care or wanted my business. About a week later the vehicle was still on the lot, so i tried to calling and and no one answered so i gave up. 5 min later Mr. Daniel called me back and told me everything he knew about the vehicle and what he didnt know he found and returned my called asap. he kept in touch with me to let if the vehicle was still there. So the next morning i was on my way. My credit is not in the best shape and i just knew for sure i wasnt gonna leave wit the vehicle, but Mr. Daniel did everything he could to get in this vehicle and i now have a vehicle perfect for me and my family.
