This place was a great place to do business I purchased a new Silverado last year . I took my truck for oil change service they took about 4 hours this horrible and service manager Aaron, he didn’t care , new Silverado last year . Looks like they were messing with my radio settings and seat positions. I will never coming back to this and my service writer Nathan . He stated talk to manager that’s not a answer. Dealership are highest of vehicle repairs otherwise I should take my car to independent shop. More
Pathetic is the only word I can say to describe my experience at Dublin Chevrolet. The absolute WORST service department I have ever used in my life. The service woman has CRS (can't remember xxxx) an experience at Dublin Chevrolet. The absolute WORST service department I have ever used in my life. The service woman has CRS (can't remember xxxx) and the service manager just doesn't give a xxxx. The last dealer I would ever use and I would highly suggest you think twice before leaving your vehicle with them. They did absolutely nothing I had asked them to do. RUN!!!! More
Bad Experience and liars Got an oil change on 3-16-18 and my car starts leaking oil. Bad experience I had a bad experience they lied and switch on there was words the manger got a bad attitude that's the vibe I up pick they told me 2 come with 1,500 I had a bad experience they lied and switch on there was words the manger got a bad attitude that's the vibe I up pick they told me 2 come with 1,500 down and they can get me into a vehicle the sale woman told me whenever I get the 1,500 bring her the money they a mess when i went to get important paper work they change the down payment to 4,995 buck and once again the manger was nasty about it had a bad attitude but guess what I got approved for a suv at bulter Toyota Macon ga with 1,000 down and yes I drove of the lock I revise nobody to purchase a vehicle for There they lie and I believe the charge all that down payment to pocket for them selfs!!!!!😡😡 More
Dishonest staff. I took my wife's vehicle in for service and $100 was stolen from our vehicle, it was not in plain sight. I got the "run around" from 4 managers at thi I took my wife's vehicle in for service and $100 was stolen from our vehicle, it was not in plain sight. I got the "run around" from 4 managers at this dealership. I was put off several times and hung up on twice. A man I know from Eastman even had a pistol stolen from his truck while it was in service a few years back; he no longer uses this dealership. I wish I had known the reputation this service department has and I would have never taken a vehicle there. More

Great Sales and Service at the Dublin Auto Outlet Matt & Sandy were very professional, courteous, & helpful on more then the deal itself. I believe they both deserve a raise.
