Services charged but not dine 1) State mandated tire pressures not done - 6psi difference between tires. Noticed two hours later when service department had been closed. 2) Inside not vacuumed. 3) Rubber of one windshield wiper “peeled” half way. It happened to rain on Wednesday (day after service.) Else, I would not have noticed it yet. 1) 2) 3) were all checked off “OK/green” on service report. 4) A comment buried at the last line of last paragraph in report regarding “something leaking!” Is this safe? Am I in danger driving this car? Why was I not contacted, while car was still in service, for potential remedy...! 5) Service manager was contacted the morning after the service (Wednesday.) I waited to write this review in my inbox. Here it is...as there is no responses to my message. More

Horrible Experience I arrived at my 11:00 am appointment promptly at 11:00 am to have my navigation/radio software re-flashed. I left at 4:30 pm. 5.5 hours for a process I arrived at my 11:00 am appointment promptly at 11:00 am to have my navigation/radio software re-flashed. I left at 4:30 pm. 5.5 hours for a process that should have been completed in under an hour! I had been sent to Dublin Chevrolet by the GM Customer Engagement Center but the Service Advisor did not seem to know how to proceed, and it did not help that the GM Customer Engagement Center Rep would not answer his telephone. Finally, at 1:30 pm I told the Service Advisor to complete the repair and that I would pay for it myself. The first re-flash failed because the module being used by the Tech was defective so after getting a new nodule the system was re-flashed for the second time. Finally, the process was complete and my vehicle was brought around. When I started it up to leave I noticed that there was no XM satellite radio symbol on the display and therefore no XM satellite radio. I told the Service Advisor who asked the Tech who responded that there was no XM satellite radio when I brought it in. I was really shocked by this response. They took it back in and the Tech came out and told me he missed checking the XM box when he set up the software. The Service Advisor brought the vehicle back out but then told me that the tire pressure sensor warning light was now on so back into the shop it went. They reset the sensor in each tire and finally, after 5.5 hours the vehicle was ready to go. Overall a horrible experience. Next time I will stay close to home and go to Winter Chevrolet. Having said this, the software problem I was having with the clock always being off by 4 hours on the navigation/radio screen appears to be fixed. A nice bonus is the screen now defaults to the radio screen rather than the navigation screen and the radio always goes to the last channel listened to instead of defaulting to an FM channel. More
