Amazing Service Dept! I have purchased 2 Subaru Legacies from Day, but this review pertains to their absolutely amazing service department. On the morning prior to leaving I have purchased 2 Subaru Legacies from Day, but this review pertains to their absolutely amazing service department. On the morning prior to leaving for a business trip I hit a deer, which shattered the grill but didn't seem to do any other damage. The next afternoon as I was leaving for the airport my check engine light came on and my eyesight was disabled. I called my service advisor Nathan who assured me it was safe to drive the car to the dealership, where they would do a quick assessment and also would make sure I got to the airport on time. End result: Day's shuttle driver took me to the airport while they kept my car, and when I returned they picked me up and returned me to my waiting car which was repaired, clean, and ready to sign off on the insurance claim. This is not my first outstanding experience with the Day service team, as they consistently perform with stellar customer service. Why would I ever go anywhere else when the best is right here! More

I wanted to know the reason for the price difference between the two Jetta preowned, certified car that I considered to buy. She showed me all the differences of the cars and explained the functions of the extra features. Because of these features I choose the more expensive model and I am very happy with my choice.
