Non responsiveness During my last service experience if it wasn't for me calling the Service Department and asking for updates I would have not received any. I did not receive any notification that they could not get the parts which delayed my car not being available to me for 4 work days and the weekend. Also, due to the above non responsiveness of the department and them knowing that I was picked up by the van and needed to be taken back to the Service Department, I was left with worrying about how I was going to get back after my work day. Phone was picked up by a very nice individual that had to make at least 4 attempts to get the service department to answer the phone. Yes they did provide me a rental car but only after I inquired. Then on Friday, I again gave them all day to provide me with an update and again with no response. I called at 4:45 p.m. and again the receptionist made several attempt to reach someone but this time with no one answering. I then called on Saturday. This was a total fiasco as the Service tech who answered said "it is not assigned to me and I don't know anything about it." This was unacceptable that time can not be taken to review another case to give an update. Finally on Monday, after a half of the day went by, I again reached out and was told they had an issue with ordering a part. Also, that my tires were wearing on the back. I had just had them (supposely) rotated the last time I had service and no one notice this? I also got my tires for this location and paid for a full alignment. This makes me question if the service I am paying for is getting done. With all of this inconvenience, I was not offered a discount in the expensive service that was preformed. They did rotate my tires at no fee, but with the car being up on the lift that was not too much of a hassle. By the way, the exhaust is still rattling. When I first started bring my car here and several service issues since, I dealt with Robert Campagna. He is a true professional with great follow up. All Service Employees should be trained in his professionalism. More
