Laid back environment. I was not pressured into any decisions or sales. Ryan was overwhelmingly patient and kind. He did a great job of getting everything taken care of in a timely manner. We were very impressed with the organization of the dealership...Joe had a key to unlock any car on the lot. We were able to check out numerous vehicles and many models quickly. We had been to other dealers and the salesperson had to go in the office to get the key, leaving us waiting in the lot for 15 minutes. Some dealers didn't even know where their cars were located and had to drive around in a golf cart looking for the car we were interested in. The cars at Driver's Way were clean and ready to go. We thought the prices were too high, but eventually bought a car there due to the ease of buying. Paperwork only took about 45 minutes. We will come back to Joe Coogan when we need another vehicle. Joe was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. There was little or no pressure to buy. Thanks, Joe! More
