This dealer makes scheduling service very easy. I received emails, text messages and even a phone call, which was very convenient I was offered a loaner car even though the service was routine. Outstanding service by Peter Brown. I showed up around noon on Tuesday 9/12 with a battery not charging issue, with no appointment and Peter said he would get me a car. I needed to take my car home and unload my bicycle supplies and returned about 3:00, he had a 330 & an X1 reserved. Unfortunately the X1 had gone awol. But since I wasn’t going to ride for the the next few days,I was ok. On Saturday I called him to see if I could swap for an SUV, which he accommodated and over the weekend i was able to transport my bike. More
