This is the 5th BMW I have bought from Dreyer over a 10+ year period. Never anything but the best in sales and service. Carl is in a league of his own. He never forgets my name! Arrogant group of people. They have a hold on central Indiana BMW sales, so they feel like they can treat people any which way they want. Quite rude and condescending people. Later bought a C32. Will never consider a BMW because of the people at D&R. Prices are horrible as well. There are other good bmw's you just have to drive a little more. More

Great dealership customer service wise. Prices leave a little to be desired though. They really do not bend from MSRP. I would think maybe once you are a regular customer they might. They do have free Saturday car washes and BMW loaners for customers who bought their car at D&R. More
