Good service. I have had all my service work done at Doxon on my 2010 Prius since I bought it new in August 2009. The quality of work has been consistently good. Usually good - not this time I bought lifetime oil changes for my vehicle when I purchased it (something no longer offered). Service has been great most prior occasions, not this time. I scheduled ahead of time. When I got there (five minutes early) the staging area was just about full. A gal came up and immediately got my information and then brought me inside and left me at one of the check-in counters. No one was there, but she said Kyle would be there shortly. I waited and waited. The service reps on either side of my “slot” helped other customers. I asked them, on several occasions where this Kyle was, or if he was actually here today. I even asked if one of the guys on either side could assist me. I kept being assured that he would be here shortly. After twelve minutes, one guy said, ”well, I guess I could help you”. He started the process of changing things over to his screen and checking for recall notices. At this point (now over 15 minutes) our missing worker showed and acting curt as all get out. My info was then transferred back to his screen where he finished checking my vehicle in. He then went on to say, “there now that I got you all taken care of, I’m going to introduce you to the person who you were actually assigned to”. The gentleman on the other side of him. This brought up questionable responses from both guys on either side of him. I was told ahead of time that the oil change could take up to 1 1/2 hours - today it took over two hours. This was not a typical experience. But it was so bad this time I decided to respond when this email was sent to me. More

Do not buy a car from Doxon DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a new Land Cruiser from Doxon, the sales process was smooth, but the post-sales is horrific. I purchased some additional products that had to be installed by their service department. I’ve now been calling for a month and have not received the products I purchased nor have I been able to schedule a service. So far all I’ve been told is: “he’s on vacation”, “you didn’t buy a car here”, “there isn’t a weeo (whatever that is)” and my personal favorite “that’s not my job”. The only good thing I can say is that it's a great truck, I just wish I bought it somewhere else. More
