Even when I am coming in for endless free oil changes they treat me like a Gold Star customer and they often tell me that there is nothing more the car needs at this time.....first brake job was just this year! Such great service attitude and commitment to taking care of the customer without building in projects. I will buy my next Prius there....just waiting for the Lifetime Oil Change Program to return! Excellent Service I have taken my 2005 Toyota Avalon in for service for many years and have received nothing but the most professional manner of doing business. My oil changes have been done in a timely manner and the people that I've dealt with have been courteous and informative when it comes to my car. Not happy Before I even bought a bus ticket for a 4 hr trip to purchase a used car, I asked Jason if there is anything I should know about the vehicle. He said, Before I even bought a bus ticket for a 4 hr trip to purchase a used car, I asked Jason if there is anything I should know about the vehicle. He said, "it's in excellent condition". In part, it's my fault for trusting him but I think he should have disclosed the damage to the rear end tailgate that I failed to notice until the next day at home - especially since I spent $25,000 for it. I sent an email complaining about the damage and he responded with, "I in no way was I not honest - you saw the pictures that were provided before you came here - tell me what I did wrong" Well, for one he lied about it being in "excellent condition". The pictures were in such low resolution that damage was not visible and when you click on the pics they should enlarge not stay the same thumbnail size. Upon enlarging the pics myself it becomes very pixelated and out of focus so one cannot see the damage. Perhaps that was the intention. A few days later I discovered they did a hard inquiry of my credit which lowers my credit score for two years. That was unnecessary because they knew before I even left my house that this will be a cash sale. As they say, "an honest car dealership is an oxymoron". (*(**** update: I just discovered that two of the rear seat belts are destroyed. The previous owner must have had a dog or dogs that chewed up the seat belts almost in half. Did the dealership not perform a safety check before I bought the vehicle? This is a serious safety issue and liability. More
From Point of Sale to Service Dept This is The Best! I have never in my many, many, years had such a great experience in buying and maintaining my car. From the point of sale, I was completely confident I have never in my many, many, years had such a great experience in buying and maintaining my car. From the point of sale, I was completely confident with my salesman and after 5 years of owning my car, I still see him when I get my car serviced. I have referred others to him and also have been referred by another person who says she bought three cars from him, which is why I went there. The service department is spacious, clean, friendly, with tv, computer, coffee or a more quiet place to sit and read. A service person greets me upon arriving, and then takes over from there. They are so efficient and explain/answer questions etc. with clarity and patience. I would never buy from anywhere else. More
