I bought the car here brand new 5 months ago. Other brands do up to 35000 miles or three years complimentary service not here though I still have just one more free oil change. I don't know if it's Hyundai or just this dealership. Oil mileage, when I bought the car I was told every 8000 miles, when I showed up for service 6000 miles and the windshield sticker 5000 miles. More
If I could give zero stars I would. This dealer should not be allowed to affiliate with Hyundai- their customer service is so poor. I am usually very laid back but the service guys dropped the ball three times, failing to replace a tire before my 14hr move out of state so I had to come back to the dealership twice and delay everything. They also took twice as long to work on my car and I had to go find my car when it was done and ask to be checked out. Not a single person t presence, said hello or have any kind of status update on my vehicle during the process. No one had any sense of time or seemed to care for their customer’s experience. They also replaced the tire and completed my 20k mile maintenance but did not even check to air up the other 3 tires so I had to do that myself upon leaving. Every other Hyundai dealership I’ve been to also at the minimum runs your car through the car wash when you get a service done- especially on a brand new limited vehicle that costs over $40k. This dealership didn’t even wipe off the windshield. Seriously awful. Also throughout the whole three day process to get this done I tried calling the service department and throughout each day they were completely unreachable. This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had which is so sad considering it was something so simple and should’ve taken an hour in one single day to get done. More

2 week appointment .. 2 hr wait .. PART NOT IN .. have to make another trip. DISSATISFIED BIG. Parts department dropped ball. After another trip and recall is done ... Unfortunately I was charged service for wipers, service for tire rotation and service for oil change. 3 service charges. Every Hyundai dealer tgat I have stopped I have been only charge 1 service charge. for tire rotation and service for oil change. 3 service charges. Worst customer service ever. Brought vehicle in for service. Could not get a call back from Service Advisor Tim Joyce. Finally got to speak with Mgr. Troy Conyer. Getting information out of either T service. Could not get a call back from Service Advisor Tim Joyce. Finally got to speak with Mgr. Troy Conyer. Getting information out of either Tim or Troy was very cumbersome. Neither one seemed like they wanted to talk to the customer. Agreed to terms via email and was informed car would be ready the next day. Took more than a day to have anyone in service answer the phone or call back to see if car was ready. Once we got a hold of them the next day, they informed us that service had not been started since we did not approve the service. Email was acknowledged by the Mgr. We again agreed to terms. Various times we asked for a breakdown of the invoice and was never provided one. The links they provide give a total only, no explanation and expire shortly thereafter received. The car is finally ready to be picked up. The advisor sends an email indicating a breakdown could not be provided since the main office was closed and I would have to wait until Monday to receive one. I hope and pray that the mechanics are more competent than the service advisor and/or manager. More
