Was traveling and needed quick service on a Saturday! We were traveling and about 260 miles from home. A couple days before, our Odessey service light came on indicating 15% oil life remaining. We were in Southern Maine and as we left our hotel we saw the low tire pressure light on. This has happened on two of our Honda's before and always turned out to be tire punctures, that were not repairable. I contacted Dover Honda and spoke with Jen in service. She was extremely helpful, and although it was a Saturday and they had a full schedule, she said to come by and they would try to help us. We made it there without issues, and Jen actually met us as we pulled up. Extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service. We were very lucky in that the low tire pressure this time was only due to the drastic change in temperatures. They also took the time to do our oil and filter service which was great since we still had many more miles of traveling in the area before heading home! Overall, outstanding visit in all respects!
