horrible customer service A week after buying my ford edge, it started leaking battery acid. I was told it happens and that it wouldn't effect the battery and to call back if t A week after buying my ford edge, it started leaking battery acid. I was told it happens and that it wouldn't effect the battery and to call back if there was an issue. Three months later the battery was completely dead and corrosion and acid was all over. This was a certified pre owned and should have been checked. When I called I was put on with the sales man who treated me like a stupid little girl who left a light on. He told me to jump it and have the battery tested but it didn't fall on their shoulders. I'm disappointed because when I had my father call back and dig deeper they treated him far different then myself and when he explained, as a mechanic, how to test that battery and that simply vacuuming that car out shouldn't have drained it and caused corrosion and acid leakage. He was brushed off and told it was too bad. We are a Ford family and very loyal. We are extremely disappointed in this happening. More

Paul Brault is an exceptional sales person that takes the time to really understand what you're looking for the minute you walk in the door. James Vertz knows his numbers and also how to explain them. Working with both of them is always easy (and fun, too). When it's time for service, whether it's a simple oil change or extensive service, you always know you're in good hands. We've been to other dealers, but only end up "just looking" because Dorsch offers the experience that's always "above and beyond". More

Bad rep I paid an outrageous amount to straighten out my credit, I broke my foot and they lowered my payments. I went to purchase a new vehicle and my credit is bad. They never told me when they lowered the payments that it was going to mess my credit. WRH? Why would any stupid person agree that they would pay a high amount to fix their credit and have DORK FOrd ruin it by a lie. More
