My Great Experience with Don RIngler Toyota My name is Amber, I am active duty Army, I have a 2 year old who was quickly growing out of my Chevy Malibu. I had been looking at 4Runners for 3 week My name is Amber, I am active duty Army, I have a 2 year old who was quickly growing out of my Chevy Malibu. I had been looking at 4Runners for 3 weeks before finding the one I wanted. I also went to another Toyota dealership prior to Don Ringler, needless to say the customer service wasn't what I wanted or appreciated they just wanted me to buy something off their lot instead of find the 4Runner I wanted. To me this wasn't JUST a car, this was very personal and close to my heart. In October my baby brother, Tres (13 years old), died of a gunshot wound. His favorite colors were Red and Black and it wasn't easy finding a 4Runner TRD Off Road in those colors. But then we met Richard Hill of Don Ringler Toyota. He was not pushy or rushing me, he listened to what I wanted and showed compassion in the reason behind it. Not only was he a good listener but he put his words in to action and he got me what I wanted. He knew my budget and I physically saw him going back and forth in the dealership talking with their finance section trying to get me the price and payments that worked for me. He didn't feed me BS or blow smoke he was realistic and gave me advise and directly answered my questions. You heard of USAA for life....well we are the Pelayos and we are Don Ringler Toyota for life lol. This was Awesome, Made my truck shopping a pleasure "Thanks" This truck caught my eye and it was what I was Looking for. I wanted a certain qualities in my Truck and they had it. 2016 Less than 50 thousand miles, V8 with a 5.7 liter engine. with the Four will drive Sport had to be Blacked out "Murdered" and 20 inch Off road tired. OMG I made the best deal of my life and it just Keeps getting better. My sales man was Richard and he showed this truck like it was his own. Made me want it more. I made the perfect deal of a lifetime and couldn't be happier. They checked this truck out from head to toe and nothing could make me happier. After his speediness across the lot to find out about the car we came to look at, we found out it was not available. That didn’t hinder Quintin from trying to get my daughter into a vehicle that suited her. We had the best time test driving a car he recommended, which will forever be my daughter’s happiest memory.
