She carefully reviews the Action Plan that is best for your vehicle maintenance and accepts and makes suggestions in such a way that you feel completely at ease with what is being done, needs to be done in the near future, as well as further down the road. She frequently checks up on you, if you are waiting, to see if everything is okay or if you need anything, and to let you know how the service is going. She personally, comes to you to let you know your car is finished and walks you to the cashier and waits for you to finish and then always walks you to your car and takes time to say good bye. How awesome is that? What impresses me the most about Gabby is that she doesn't pressure you and listens to your questions and answers with clarity.
