Lloonngg wait!!!! I waited a little over 2 hours for an oil change. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Also I waited about 5 minutes before someone came out I waited a little over 2 hours for an oil change. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor customer service I had tires replaced. I called and left multiple messages for my service advisor to call me back, but he never did. The tech failed to put the caps ba I had tires replaced. I called and left multiple messages for my service advisor to call me back, but he never did. The tech failed to put the caps back on my valve stems. I called for the receptionist and asked if someone else could help me and let her know the issue. I asked if they could bring them to me and I would just put them on my car, so I don’t have leave work again for something they should have put back in my tires. They said the manager would have to ok that and forwarded my call to the manager. I left a message and didn’t get a call back from them either I finally drive back to the dealership and confronted my service advisor who was just sitting alone at he desk (not sure why he didn’t call me if he wasn’t busy). He said he assumed the issue was addressed by the manager. He retrieved the missing parts from the tech who worked on the car. I think this was a great example of poor customer service from the top down. More

I bought the certified car in Dec and 2 days after I drove it off the lo Let me first say, I love my car and my salesperson, Juan Sosa was very nice. I bought the certified car in Dec and 2 days after I drove it off the lot, I noticed a problem with the rear brake light (at this time I was 500 miles away). I told Juan about it when I was talking with him about my license plates. He said to bring it in when I was in the area. So in Feb I was in the area, and at that time I had a flat tire. In trying to get it fixed, it became evident that I did NOT receive a lug nut KEY with the car! Big inconvenience and cost me 1/2 a day in getting it changed. I made appointment to get the lug nuts changed out and get a key, and while there I wanted the light fixed but Erick said I had to bring it back in and couldn't be done on that day. I made appointment for 2/15. I called Erick twice and left a message with receptionist regarding this appointment and I never hear from him. Poor customer service and communication! I felt I should not have to pay for the repair and wanted Erick to work this out. Again, I NEVER hear from Eric after my 3 attempts to speak with him!! More
