In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Something has changed at Don Davis Could be a one off, since I have bought cars there since 1988, and for the last decade or more, service has been good to great. This last visit, we waited two weeks for an appointment (supposedly to guarantee timely service) but then it too a week to finish, with poor communication as to why. What has me worried even more is they told my wife she needed a new tire due to a nail. Since she bought it at Discount Tire, we took it there and they said there was no nail, making us wonder if they were trying to fabricate more business for Ford. Having seen these types of issues at Don Davis Nissan when I had an Altima, I wonder if a new regime has taken over at Don Davis Ford, replacing what had been a very reliable, friendly and cost competitive service experience before. This experience was truly terrible in nearly every aspect. More

The repairs took longer than promised and then was also delayed again because they didn’t have anyone to wash the vehicle. Didn’t matter much as we had a loaner. When we finally did get the car back, not only was it not washed as promised, but it had been driven quite a bit. No repairs were made that necessitated driving it. Dissatisfied I asked if my repairs to transmission were covered by my warranty. I was told warranty had expired. Found my warranty after they gave me a quote of 3 I asked if my repairs to transmission were covered by my warranty. I was told warranty had expired. Found my warranty after they gave me a quote of 3K for repairs. I was told by customer rep that he would check on this and call me back. got a call an hour later saying I got lucky and repairs covered by warranty. Same person that had told me my warranty was expired. If I had not found my warranty Don Davis was going to charge me the full amount for repairs. Shame on you. I will never come back to this place for any service much less when I decide to buy my next truck. More
