4 hours for an oil change and was not informed of length of. The service department need a makeover. There service is getting slower and slower. Need to hire more people and train them to perfection. Something has changed at Don Davis and not in a good way! Nearly 5 hours for an oil change!! I called on Dec. 12th and was told if I showed up right at 7:00 AM on the 13th I could get in. I showed up at 7:04 Nearly 5 hours for an oil change!! I called on Dec. 12th and was told if I showed up right at 7:00 AM on the 13th I could get in. I showed up at 7:04 (second in line) and was asked by the Service Advisor if I had an appt. I said no but relayed my conversation from the day before. The Service Advisor was very friendly and said it would not be a problem. At that point I said I could certainly come back if they were overly busy. He said "no, we'll get you taken care of". I told him I sure appreciated it as I going out of town the next day but if it was a problem I'd come back. They pulled the vehicle forward and turned on the flashers. About an hour an a half later one of the Service Advisors stuck his head in the waiting room and said they were just about done (there was another guy there having his oil changed as well). We both said, "great". About 30-45 minutes later we wondered why neither of our vehicles had been finished. We walked to the garage area and both vehicles were still in same exact place with the flashers on! When we asked what the delay was they said they only had one guy working -- one guy! About 35 minutes later the other customers truck rolls up and there were issues and he was not happy. He was finally on his way about 15 minutes later. Meanwhile my vehicle was still sitting in the same exact spot! About that time someone, I believe he was a Mgr, walked by and asked how I was doing (it's now 11:00) and I told him I was not happy. He was very friendly and proceeded to tell me the problem was with the airbag recall. They, as a dealership, had to assign personnel to that issue and other service areas were being affected and suffering and it was a mess! He offered to top off my tank, a nice gesture that I appreciated, as we both looked at my vehicle in the same exact spot 4 hours after I had arrived! Finally at 11:49 they finished the oil change. I am a reasonable person and realize things happen but the entire area seemed out of sorts -- confusion, frustrated customers -- even frustrated Service Advisors (not to the customers but to each other) When you're there for nearly 5 hours and have nothing else to do I tend to hang out by the garage and watch the Advisors work and watch customers come and go. This is not the first time, in the recent past, that I've had or witnessed others having issues or concerns during their visit to the Service Dept. Unfortunately, something has changed at Don Davis........and not in a good way! More

While they performed the service, I used the wifi then took a stroll thru the showroom to see the new cars. I was in and out in under an hour. Typical Don Davis Lincoln service. More

Friday 11/30 I was told it was a two hour wait. I also wanted them to check my Sirius connection. Unfortunately, the radio guy had already left for the day and could I come back Monday. Rather than make two trips (on top of the two I already made) I went back on 12/3. Even with an appointment, it was still a 4 hour wait AND they had to order another antenna for the radio. I was told it would take 3-4 days for one to arrive. Today is the 17th. I haven't heard a word and now the holidays are here and I don't have another 4 hours to spend at the dealership. Other people in the waiting area had also been there for 3+ hours. That is unacceptable. Hire more technicians!!! You're going to lose customers to Jiffy Lube if you don't fix the wait time. . More
