Horrible experience With the end of our lease coming due, the visit to the dealership was both for an oil change and to look at the possibility of getting into a new leas With the end of our lease coming due, the visit to the dealership was both for an oil change and to look at the possibility of getting into a new lease with a new vehicle. After going in circles with the salesman, never actually listening to what we wanted and how we wanted the process to go, we gave up on working out a deal on a new vehicle. Assuming that 3 hours of unfruitful negotiations would be plenty of time to get an oil change completed, we we completely surprised to find out that the dealership had taken it out of line to get that service completed in order to appraise the vehicle that was already in the dealerships possession. Completely frustrated, we left the dealership with no new deal, no oil change, and no sense of appreciation for being a customer at this dealership for the last two decades plus. I have serious reservations if ever using this dealership again. More
Complete Incompetence My car had been in the body shop for several weeks and surpassed the inspection renewal so I requested the body shop have it completed by service. After 2 days and as many of times of the insurance being emailed to the department, they still couldn't complete it because "they needed the insurance." I finally said forget it and took the car elsewhere once I received it back from the body department. At the same time, I also requested to have my car detailed, which I paid $120 for; it looked wonderful, as long as you only looked at the easily reachable areas. I truly don't know how this service department stays in business, other than their ghastly prices! The BODY SHOP is top notch. Lester Green, Ken Mitchell, and the entire staff are very customer oriented, attentive, and transparent at all times. Love them! More

Horrible Customer Service & Service Routine oil change and inspection (I purchased the free oil change package). Waited an hour and a half to learn (after I inquired) the inspection machine was broken. When I asked Jason about my car, he yawned and wiped his eyes as if I had woke him up. Usually with a Lincoln, my car is washed and vacuumed - service not provided (was an oil change really completed?). Also, there wasn't a sticker placed on the windshield to indicate when the next oil change would be - which lead me to believe the oil change was not completed. Was told completion paperwork would be emailed to me - not completed (which confirms no oil change was completed). Called and was told Ty (assistant service manager) would call me to discuss my dissatisfaction, he has not called. I have been a customer of Don Davis since 2008; however, service such as I received will make me think twice before I purchase another car from them. More
