They exceeded our expectations We had been searching for a truck for my parents for weeks. We had already gone to a few dealerships before walking in to Don Davis. Our rep Jose fr We had been searching for a truck for my parents for weeks. We had already gone to a few dealerships before walking in to Don Davis. Our rep Jose from the pre owned facility approached us and started helping us immediately. Very sweet and bilingual for my parents was a plus. It was raining hard the day we went but that didn’t stop him. We couldn’t find exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted. But Jose exceeded our expectations, he found something better. Even in the rain he was going back and forth getting keys and vehicles and always attended to our needs. When he found us the perfect truck. My mom was in love. We talked business and he fought every dollar he could to make us happy. At the end we drove off with a beautiful truck that he helped find. Great job Jose and hopefully we will do business again in the future.. More

trying to get airbag recall I CANNOT GET THE RECALLED AIRBAG REPLACED DUE TO THE SERVICE DEPT NOT PERFORMING THEIR JOB. I FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT AFTER WAITING FOR 6 WEEKS. M I CANNOT GET THE RECALLED AIRBAG REPLACED DUE TO THE SERVICE DEPT NOT PERFORMING THEIR JOB. I FINALLY GOT AN APPOINTMENT AFTER WAITING FOR 6 WEEKS. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR DECEMBER 3RD AT 7AM. THE SERVICE PERSON COULD HAVE CARED LESS, AND SAID THE PART WASN'T AVAIBLE ALTHOUGH IT WAS ORDERED 6 WEEKS EARLIER. HE NEVER CHECKED, HE JUIST WROTE DOWN THE MODEL NUMBER AND MILEAGE AND TOLD ME TO COMEBACK LATER. More

New Car Delivery The dealer really worked with me, but it seems that Lincoln was a bit tardy in delivering the car. Lincoln kept putting it on hold for some e=reason. The dealer was not able to find out much from Lincoln. There needs to be better communication between the dealer and Lincoln headquarters. More
