Will. It return a phone call. I scheduled an appointment for my car on Jan 2nd. I was told when I drop my car off they were a little behind and it would be the next day before th I scheduled an appointment for my car on Jan 2nd. I was told when I drop my car off they were a little behind and it would be the next day before they would be able to look at it. The service depart told me they needed to order some parts on the 4th. I called them on the 7th, 8th and 9th leaving messages. I called on Friday and was told by the receptionist my car was ready but no one was available to answer my questions. More
Could not get anyone to return my calls for 3 days Took my car in for my scheduled appointment. My car on/off function was not working properally. I was told I would be called that same day to let me k Took my car in for my scheduled appointment. My car on/off function was not working properally. I was told I would be called that same day to let me know if my car needed to stay over night. I received no call day one so I called day two during the day and no one ever called my back. I called again on day three and was told again someone would call be back and no one did. We had to physically go to the dealership to find out in person what was going on. Once arriving and talking with multiple people for 30-45 minutes I was told what was wrong with my car and that it would only take 10 minutes to fix. I know this because James (the mechanic) came out and personally told us this and apologized that none of the service reps returned my phone calls. James was the only positive outcome of the situation. I would not be this upset if this was the first time, but sadly I have been shown the same lack of customer service here two times before. More
