Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. It was evident that other customers had driven the vehicle previously. Also there was a nick (piece missing) in the chrome bezel that surrounds the front cup holder in the console. This was mentioned to the car salesman (Corlett). He just told me to make note of the items/issues and they would be taken care of. So far I have not received any follow up contact from the sales department. I am still waiting on the tags, before taking the vehicle in. More

Normal diesel truck oil change I waited 4 hours in a freezing waiting room for our 2017 ford f250 truck to have a normal service matienence oil change that we paid for when purchasi I waited 4 hours in a freezing waiting room for our 2017 ford f250 truck to have a normal service matienence oil change that we paid for when purchasing our truck... I had to ask the service manager at the 3 hr mark if they changed the fuel filter and he had to check.. then that took another hour to complete. Dissatisfied that I the customer had to ask about the fuel filter. It should of been observed by the technician.. a NORMAL oil change should NEVER take 4 Hours.. More
