We bought a new Dodge Ram Rebel and have had two service calls in the first week and a half. Both were expected (install bed liner and change out bumper), but unfortunately did not go as expected where the calls in the first week and a half. To make matters worse we were never proactively contacted once it was known the services could not be completed as scheduled and would require us the bring the truck back another day. Zero for two.
