I purchased a three year old certified Big Horn from DoB along with a Ram Max Care extended warranty. The sales person was helpful and non-aggressive and the process of getting everything signed and on my along with a Ram Max Care extended warranty. Biggest issue with the dealership was they did not meet the expectation set over phone conversations. I drove 4 hours so I tried to set as many clear expectations up front so that it was not a wasted drive the expectation set over phone conversations. Right away, I had to deal with a different salesman than expected which caused a lot of information catch-up. The new salesman and sales manager did not value my trade-in as expected. I was told they would use KBB and call different dealers for pricing. They came significantly under KBB's lowest rating. After some negotiation they came up a little but no where near what it should have been. Lowering the trade value also increased my sales tax which is a double whammy to the customer. At the end of the day, I ultimately agreed to the deal but it was very stressful. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased. One positive note was the finance manager was able to find me a lower financing rate than my local banks. More

The first trip there we were surprised by the lack of service or support in trying to get the truck set up for a test drive. In fact the truck could not be found on our first visit. We set up another visit the next day. That day the truck was available, but some of the significant issues with the truck like the check engine light and a severely torn front seat had not yet been addressed. We drove the truck and realized the brakes would also need to be replaced. We began to settle on a price based on a number of things being done. Even on this trip the dealership seemed under staffed and it took a significant time to have a face to face meeting with the sales person Tab. We set a time for three days later to come back and were told that the items that needed to be addressed would be and we could seal the deal upon our return. True to form the repairs, except the brakes, had not been completed. The check engine light remained, the damaged front seat had not been touched, the bed liner had not been installed. Took time off that day to complete the transaction and was just shocked at the lack of customer service and respect the dealership showed me, a new potential customer. In fact I left without so much as an apology or a plan to rectify the issues. I would not recommend this dealership in any fashion. The most disappointing car purchase experience in my 30 years of buying cars. More

I have known AJ, who is a salesperson at the Burnsville Dodge Dealership, since about 2014. I have visited the dealership many many times since then looking and inquiring about the Dodge Hemi Challengers. Dodge Dealership, since about 2014. I have visited the dealership many many times since then looking and inquiring about the Dodge Hemi Challengers. But then in 2015 the Hellcat was born and I became even more interested .... and then in 2019 the Hellcat evolved into the Redeye and I knew I had to do something about this desire. Well, on 6/9/20 my wife, two adult children and myself went down to the dealership and I placed an order for an a BRAND NEW 2020 Challenger Redeye Challenger with almost all of the options selected with AJ's assistance. The car arrived ahead of time on 7/22/20 with AJ calling me immediately when it arrived. I went down to see the car as I was leaving for work. He carefully stored the car in the back garage for me and left all of the stickers and plastic protective wrap on everything as he knew I was very particular and meticulous with my vehicles, especially this one. The next day, with my wife by my side, I picked up the Redeye and drove it home. This moment was amazing!!! All along this journey, as it began many years ago, AJ has been very patient and courteous with me as I have had many questions and some concerns about different things about this car that I just ordered. He has been exceptionally patient and took all the time in the world to answer my questions to the utmost best of his ability, which was outstanding!!!. For example, I was very concerned with the appearance of the Alcantara interior and Wild Wheel in which he was able to find an excellent example of these in a different Challenger that was just traded in. He called me immediately and I brought the whole family down to look at this example. This helped to calm my anxiety down immensely. Another example was when I wanted to protect my exterior paint with the application of Xpel paint protection film. I was very concerned, again, on the appearance of how this would look because I have two carbon fiber stripes on the top of my car and was overly concerned on how this would turn out. Nick, who works in the accessory installation department, was also amazingly patient with me as I had many questions and concerns prior to the application of Xpel to my Redeye. The end product was AMAZING!!! I am very appreciative and amazed by AJ, Nick and this dealership on how they have treated me as a valued customer. I cannot say enough positive comments or remarks about this dealership!!! Everything was perfect or even better!!! OUTSTANDING!!! More
