Avoid this lot! They really live up to the terrible stereotypes given to used car salesmen. They talk a big game but when it comes down to fulfilling their promises they just fall short. I drove a c stereotypes given to used car salesmen. They talk a big game but when it comes down to fulfilling their promises they just fall short. I drove a car that I liked and wanted to make a deal. I spoke primarily with Brian. I liked the car as it was and made an offer considering the few small repairs it needed. Brian convinced me that he was able to get his mechanic to take care of it before the sale. We agreed on a price that included those repairs. Over the next few days I got a few excuses as to why it was taking so long. He would give me small updates when I pressed but I felt like I got put on the back burner. The real "gotcha" moment I see now is when I mentioned to Brian that I already had the cashiers check ready for the amount we agreed on. As soon as that bit of info was divulged I got some real answers! Answers like "I can't get the parts" and "the service center was backed up" and "I personally know that they didn't strip that bolt or overtighten it". So I get the message that it's ready! Yay! But not Yay! They did work on the brakes like they said but the door handle was still broken. They gave every excuse about how they couldn't find one, they can't fix it, it is such a commonly broken piece, etc, etc. Brian verbally agreed to send me one "if he can find one". Which to me is outright xxxxxxxx because they are available at every dealer. But at least they fixed the brakes, right?! Oh boy, I wish. I was about halfway home when I finally caught a whiff of the brakes burning. They were rubbing and overheating like crazy. The rotor was a dull, glowing orange and the freshly cleaned rim was already coated black. So the $300 brake job they did is now going to cost me twice as much to repair what they just "fixed". I'll still not sure if he was just a liar or an incompetent salesman. Either way, they sure have a lot of practice beating people out of their hard earned money. Despite my best efforts, they got one over on me. AVOID! More
