Great service, excellent communication and wonderful salespeople. Got into a 2021 Rogue Sport and it was totaled two days later with the help of my salesperson Spencer Stapleton I was about to get a gre salespeople. The communication I had with this company and it’s salesperson is one of the main reasons I went back for my 2023. They were very supportive with what I was going through and my salesperson worked as hard as he could to get me the best deal and I’m absolutely in love with my new car. More
I bought a used vehical from this car lot july of 2022 and at the time everything seemed pretty good. Barely a month goes by and the alternator, plus the touch screen goes out. I bring the vehical in to be checked and I'm told that the vehical have to to stay overnight. we'll the one night turned into 7 nights, along with a quoted $890 alternator replacement that would be paid out of pocket. this was a problem, considering, I paid over 2,000 for a bumper to bumper warranty, which they didn't even looking up with the information I gave them from(three days of run around calling, finally got that fixed)the financial office, not to mention the touch screen was never fixed. I called the floor manager and let him know I was mad and was told it was a used car and not his problem and that any issues may have with it to take to the maintenance bay. so I bought this peice of junk thinking it would be safe to put my newborn son in and not only is it the exact opposite, the can't even be bothered to work on it, let alone carr. bottom line th is that, there are better and more trustworthy places to by a vehical. Update: I returned all necessary paperwork to have money returned to me(warranty and gap insurance) in January of 2023. I was a three month waiting period and to call back if I haven't seen the money yet. it's been three months past the return date(7-14-23) and I've seen nothing. I have called the dealership about this issue and the original person filing the dealership has since quit and I have been put on hold and hung up on and told I'll be called back for the past three weeks. all I want is the monet back I'm owed and I'm being denied that. More
My recent experience was amazing. Jerry was my dealer and he worked tirelessly to get me I to a great car at a good price for me. They sold me a truck after two weeks. The transmission went out on the truck. I had a bad experience with Shelby Nissan, the sales person Nick was great but when the sales manager got involved it when down hill. The vehicle I was looking at was advertised at $26,500.00 and when they brought the offer to purchase paper they added $4,495.00 to the advertised price and could not tell me what it was for, and this took the sales price back up to retail. This is when the shell game started and moving numbers around but the price out the door stayed the same. So if you go to Shelby Nissan get ready for games to be played but bottom line you will get screwed! More
Service department sucks. Suppose to have extended warranty, however when I went to have my van serviced to find out why my transmission is shifting hard, my warranty wasn't a Suppose to have extended warranty, however when I went to have my van serviced to find out why my transmission is shifting hard, my warranty wasn't active. Will not buy from here again was never told that in order for oil change to be under warranty I had to get oil changed every 5000 miles but was told at purchase every 10000 miles and the warranty runs out at for oil change to be under warranty I had to get oil changed every 5000 miles but was told at purchase every 10000 miles and the warranty runs out at 20000 miles but they had it scheduled at 21000 which should of been told up front at purchase and they also run your credit multiple times and it knocks your credit way down even if you tell them to only run it 2 times my credit was ran 6 times at different credit places and banks More
