The worst dealership that I have ever used. We had an issue while on a trip passing through the area. At first, they were very friendly and assured me that would take a look at the vehicle righ We had an issue while on a trip passing through the area. At first, they were very friendly and assured me that would take a look at the vehicle right away. After over two weeks, they still had not looked at the vehicle. On week three, they looked at it and informed me that the engine needed replaced. After multiple incomplete diagnostics that were rejected by Ford's warranty department, they finally submitted a diagnostic that was complete, but inaccurate. Multiple months into the issue, we agreed to have the engine replaced. A total of over 5 months without the vehicle, it was returned to us with a new engine that was not running properly. I was assured by Mark and the service team as well as Greg the owner that it was not the engine that was the issue. I took it to another dealer where they discovered that there were three cylinders on the new engine that were low on compression requiring the engine to be replaced again with less than 500 miles on it. Diehl's Ford was not willing to take responsibility for whatever happened during the engine installation and left it to me to get it fixed properly. The service team was very condescending throughout the process and terrible at communicating the status and issues throughout the process. I would not use Diehl's Ford for any service and question the integrity and ethics of this dealership. It is obvious that something went wrong with the engine installation, and they covered it up to get the vehicle out of their dealership, passing the issue onto the customer. Ford should be ashamed to associate their name with this dealer. More

I don’t like that I can’t down shift my Edge. The car doesn’t not down shift the way I’d like it to. I do not like the knob that you turn to put the car in gear. My 2008 Ford still has a brake problem after the recall. Done at deihl Ford last year Diehl.
