I love my KIA EV6 and my salesman Malcolm was and has been extremely helpful. My only problem was with the finance manager who chose to get my loan through a bank in New York that I frankly had never hea been extremely helpful. My only problem was with the finance manager who chose to get my loan through a bank in New York that I frankly had never heard of. I don’t understand why I was charged an interest rate of 4.99 percent when I paid 50% of the MSRP as a down payment with a credit credit rating of 888 out of 900. Why not even KIA Financial? When I asked why I was told that no loans in the 3.00% range were available. However I went to my credit union less than a mile down the street from your store and got a refinanced loan for 2.74%. This needless to say rubbed me the wrong way. More

Extremely upset to find that the Kia sportage we have has a couple of problems all related to being wrecked at some point and not repaired properly. It was not disclosed to us that the car had been wr has a couple of problems all related to being wrecked at some point and not repaired properly. It was not disclosed to us that the car had been wrecked at the time of purchase, but now that we are having problems a car fax was run and it shows it has been in an accident in New York state. They will not do any of the repairs under warranty as they are apparently related to a prior accident. We were advised to turn the damage in to OUR insurance ( really ???) and get the car fixed that way . Parts and labor were quoted in the $1800 range. We felt confident in buying a quality used car from Taylor Kia but apparently this is not the case. More
