Ryan, Thank you for the basic response to the fairly detailed feedback I put in for your dealership. You have stated in what looks like a cut and paste response that your team will review my feedback. I'm doubtful that will happen. As a customer I put in the time and thought to give feedback in the manner to which I thought would be useful. Your response was canned or done without thinking. I believe it would be better to review the feedback with your team, then respond. Then I might feel that I was an asset to your customer base. Right now I don't. The 5 stars could have happened but was lowered to a 3, now maybe 2.5. Regards, David G
