Dear Ryan, Thank you for your response. As you should know by now, the ram pickup I purchased from your dealership and Been in your service department many many times in the past year. I’m still having the same issues with my truck that started showing up since day 1. I have been back so many times that I believe the service department is tired of seeing me. . Ryan, this is really disappointing to me after i purchase 3 vehicles When I purchased the truck from you guys overpriced btw I did so with the confidence that it’s was a brand new vehicle and I wouldn’t need to spend time and money constantly repairing it. Although the service work is covered under warranty I have spent countless hours away from work bringing the truck back time and time again. If you truly want to resolve this issue you need to refund my cost I have into the truck. I will buy something else from you that is less complicated and not customized.  I need reliable transportation This is all I want but I believe this should be done transparently and should not be a profit center. I came to your company with the expectation of dealing with an honest and ethical business. I don’t think I have caused any of the disappointments I am dealing with now.  I await your decision as to how we can resolve this unpleasant issue where we can end up with a fair and equitable relationship for yeas to come .
