Their Service Department is great. Been taking all of our vehicles there (not just GM, but Chrysler and Ford vehicles as well) for about 20 years. Friendly employees. All were helpful in making our used car purchase a reality. We understand that the dealership makes the best profit when financing with them, howeve All were helpful in making our used car purchase a reality. We understand that the dealership makes the best profit when financing with them, however we had already secured financing thru our credit union. We were still urged many times to finance with them, even though they could not offer the same low rate of 4.33%. We had to politely decline multiple times. It was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. More
