Just like befor I had such a positive experience buying a Kia Forte from Curt and the Dick Hannah team, I returned when it was time to buy a 2nd car. Just like before, had a great experience all around. It helps to know what you want and what you can afford. I was intrigued by the changes in the newer Soul models but wanted to save money by looking into a couple of very slightly used 2014 Soul's, Curt let me test both cars. Never pushy, never tricky, Curt answered all our questions, explained all of the features, didn't try to get us to buy more than we needed and kept the actual negotiations nice and easy. Mark the finance guy was very thorough in explaining and answering questions while being very friendly at the same time. My wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase and our experience. Another viewer stated positively that the entire time, they were treated like the only customers on the lot, I couldn't agree more. More
Simple And Easy Process Leasing My 2015 Kia Soul After much deliberation, I decided to trade in my 2001 Honda Civic and lease a new 2015 Kia Soul. I'd worked with Dick Hannah previously for my Honda' After much deliberation, I decided to trade in my 2001 Honda Civic and lease a new 2015 Kia Soul. I'd worked with Dick Hannah previously for my Honda's repairs and enjoyed their customer service and professionalism. Heading to Dick Hannah Kia, I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in after perusing the Dick Hannah Kia stock on the website. The customer service experience was great, from immediately being greeted as I pulled up, Curt coming out promptly and showing me around the cars available. After test driving one Soul and really enjoying it, I realized that it had a few extra options that I didn't need nor care for. Coming from a 2001 Honda Civic that needed work all the time, my expectations were low, anyway! I wanted a green Kia Soul, but there were only the 2016 models, which were more expensive than I was wanting to spend. In the end, Curt found a white 2015 Kia Soul similar to the one I test drove without all the extras except the racks. This was much appreciated as I wasn't excited about being 'sold' on something that I truly didn't need and Curt didn't push for anything more than what I wanted. It was super refreshing and I didn't experience the whole 'bait and switch' as a recent reviewer wrote.He also walked through the entire stock to see if there happened to be a green 2015 Kia Soul, just in case, which I really appreciated. The rest of the process was smooth, working on paperwork and financing. I was in and out within 4 hours with a new car and am thoroughly enjoying my new ride. The reason for four stars is because I initially inquired about a different 2015 Kia Soul and was told later I would be unable to lease the vehicle because it was a test drive car. 4 stars also because my 2001 Honda Civic trade-in allowance was initially lower than even the Edmund's inquiry I received for trade-in estimate, which was where my information was referred to Dick Hannah Kia from. Overall 4 stars for the simple and easy process of trading in my older car and leasing the new one. More
Tried the ol' bait and switch but left with the right car We were promised a black 2016 Kia Sedona, so we drove 200 miles to pick up the van. When we got to the dealership (about 3 hours after agreeing on the black van), we were told that the black van was no longer available but they had a white one for the same price. I was disgusted and told them I wanted the black van we agreed upon. They apologized and re-emphasized that the white van was still available. I told them I was going to a different dealership to buy a different van and started walking away. THEN...SUDDENLY...the black van was available again! The white vans are apparently more difficult to sell, so they tried the ol' bait and switch, thinking that I wouldn't leave empty handed after driving 200 miles. When they realized they assumed wrong, they gave me the vehicle they originally promised. The sales process was quick and easy, and the financing staff were very helpful. However, the salesman I worked with was not honest and that left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole sale. More
Great experience buying our 2016 Kia Sedona We have owned a Kia Optima and Sorento but needed the 8 seats that the new Sedonas offer. We love the Kia line up but had not been to any of the Dick Hannah dealerships previously. My sister recently purchased a Kia Soul from DH and said it was the best car buying experience she ever had. Car buying has never been enjoyable in my opinion. I came in first thing in the morning and was able to walk the lot for a bit to see the models and colors available. The first thing that I noticed was there weren't salesmen smoking out front waiting for their next victim as I have experienced at almost all other dealerships. I was able to take my time and go in to the beautiful dealership when I was ready. I was greeted as I walked in by one of the managers who introduced me to Curt that had been working there for 9 years and was very kind and knowledgeable about all the options specific to the trim levels I wanted to see. Curt showed me all the models of Sedonas they had on the lot that I might be interested in and even pulled a couple up front that weren't on the lot yet. I told him our budget, he said that he thought it would be doable with the model I ended up wanting. The negotiation process was quick and easy. We left feeling like we got a great deal. Curt went over all the options with me at delivery to make sure I understood how they worked, set up my UVO/Bluetooth system and even set up my first service appointment with Amanda. He really went above and beyond with our whole car buying experience. The salesman and managers made the process very simple and enjoyable, but some things that we did beforehand we think also helped. Knowing how much we could afford by using an auto payment calculator helped us know the price we weren't willing to go over, looking through the online inventory to see what colors and options were at the dealership and the recommendation from my sister to visit DH helped the process go easier. More

I gave Dick Hannah a chance because they were able to accommodate the same day (Saturday). Glad I gave them a chance. I'll pay a little extra but the flexibility to get great service and fast turn-around is worth it. Molly Wallace took care of me and kept me informed on how long they expect the service to take. She called to advise me of a maintenance part they suggested replaced. I was in and out within an hour and a half. More

We knew what we were looking for before we went to the dealership, but we were prepared and open to looking at other cars. Curt encouraged us to buy what we wanted and never pressured us into looking at something else when we found our car! This is our 3rd Kia and our 2nd time having Curt as our salesperson. Even though we live in Oregon, it has always been worth the drive to come to a dealership that treats you with honesty and respect. Although we don't plan on buying another car for several years, we know it will be another Kia from Dick Hannah Kia!! More

For fun, I sat in the Soul EV, and decided to test a Soul Exclaim. Loved it. Minus the leather interior. Nathan worked with me to get the best deal for what I could afford. After a long day I went home truly happy with my purchase. I love my Soul Plus! More
