Dick Hannah Jeep

We came to Dick Hannah when shopping to replace a vehicle. I made an appointment to look at a car on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When we arrived Roxanne was waiting and gave us her full attent vehicle. I made an appointment to look at a car on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. When we arrived Roxanne was waiting and gave us her full attention. She not only showed us the vehicle I was interested in but offered alternatives to consider which could save money. I'm not an easy customer to sell to. When I told her that we would need to go home, discuss and sleep on it before we would decide, she didn't balk or try any hard sell tactics even though the following day was her day off. I mentioned to her that I might very well come back the following day and buy the car and then I learned that another salesperson would get credit for the sale on her day off. Well, we bought the car the following day and Roxanne came in on her day off to help close the deal. They even had all of the paperwork ready prior to our arrival which was a big help in streamlining a notoriously klunky and burdensome transaction.
