My wife had finally had enough of her Ford Mustang because it was a stick. Having purchased cars the last 50 years I figured I was in for the run around like last time. He wasn't the same old car salesman, in fact he was a very mature young man more interested in finding something that would suit my wife's needs and that she liked! He personally took the time to drive us through the entire auto mall and look at every option we could of imagined. We saw none of the high pressure salesman tricks, Titan even let us go home and do our research. We still ended up coming back and making a great deal on my wife's new 350z! I highly recommend Titan if you are interested in a vehicle as he provided us our easiest and best experience ever buying a car. More

No more then a minute after hitting the submit button on the edmunds website, Nora gave me a call now that was quick, and I must say impresive. She answered and addressed all of my concerns and questions and I never once felt like I was being horsed around with, like a few other dealers that contacted me the same day. I was so impressed that I agreed to vist thier Honda store the same day. I was greeted by Sieed but I call him eddie (easier for me) I loved his sence of humor and again never once did I feel like I was being jerked around . Since this is our hometown dealership we decided to try it first. As we entered the dealership, we were greeted by a wonderful sales professional, Mr. Saeed Anwar. He shared with us things about the company,( dickhannah) its values, and its strong commitment to its customers. He then chronologically explained to us the advantages of buying a Honda product. As he was showing us the car, he served us fresh hot coffee and pop corn. The kids loved the pop corn. We were so impressed by his professional mannerism and wealth of knowledge about the product that we immediately started to believe that this really is our hometown car dealership. We did not feel pressured at all. We actually got the exact color, features, and a fair price. Above all, the whole car shopping trip was over in about two hours. Few weeks later we receive a thank you note followed by a courtesy call from our wonderful salesman at dick Hannah Honda. This is the best car shopping experience we have ever had.
