I had already walked off of 3 car dealerships in one day before coming to Dick Hannah Honda. It was around 9:30pm when my husband and I planned to do a drive through after hours. I walked by my 2003 Honda Accord and liked it. He offered to just run the numbers for me. I agreed. He came back very fast with a better price on the car and payments that were comfortable for me. We came back the next morning at opening and purchased my car. Leslie left a prior engagement early to meet us. The entire experience, from sales to finance was great. I never felt pressured, unmcomfortable or uneasy about anything. Also, an employee named Scott who was working with Leslie was great as well. We dealt with him originally. He took my "wish list" and did an inventory check for me. The next day or so he called with 2 vehicle I might have been interested in. I'm a returning customer to Dick Hannah Honda and traded in my Honda CRV to a 2009 Honda Oddysey. We went there straight without doing our research ( which is our big fault by the way) thinking that they wi in my Honda CRV to a 2009 Honda Oddysey. Which by the way, they are bragging in their website it is hassle free and the customer for life , which we think it is just a marketing stuff. After we went back and did the research and from our friends it turns out that the price we got is 5K above MSRP. The other frustrating thing is that when we took the car, the car wasn't prepared at all (it is not even washed and with all this plastic covers all over car. My wife and I felt that we were hit and run. I will not definitely buy from this dealer again. Don't trust their hassle free negotation bla bla. Do your research as usual. More

We don't have perfect credit and that never once deterred her from doing the best possible job she could to find me an SUV that I qualified for and also liked. I like working with the same people and team each time I take my car in for repairs. They always treat me like I am their most important customer. I like the fact that as a woman they treat me with respect. They listen to my issues and never make me feel stupid for asking a question. I don't drive a new Acura, but their quality service team makes me feel like I do. If you take your Acura in for repairs, ask for the Blue Team, Team leader is Joey Thomas. I used to buy all of my vehicles at Saturn just to avoid the whole car-buying nightmare scenarios and I am happy to say this experience was even better than the one I have become accustomed to at Saturn. I met Titan as he was introduced to us as a "hybrid expert" He certainly does know his stuff! He had us test drive the Insight (wasn't for me in the end) and then said that with the incentives, a Civi expert" He certainly does know his stuff! I really liked the Civic, but had pretty much eliminated it solely because of price. I didn't buy that day, but kept emailing Titan with a dizzying array of questions. He was very prompt in replying and very straightforward with his answers. He was true to his word and overall, very pleasant to deal with. I would (and already have) recommend him to my friends. I'm very pleased with my car and overall, very pleased with the car-buying experience. I haven't needed service yet, but a fried who also bought from Hannah said the service department was very good, as well. If you're in the market for a Honda, do NOT skip these guys! They know their stuff and have an excellent selection of beautiful Hondas. More
