Overall I would rate my experience as good . Dealer Representatives were accomodating and friendly. I did encounter one problem. I came to the dealership as a result of receiving a letter which indicated that they wished to buy my 2009 vehicle. The letter stated that they were willing to offer even in excess of Kelley Blue Book value as a trade in allowance. My car was looked over by an evaluator who noted the next to new tires and brand new brakes. However, he gave my salesman a trade in allowance lower than the lowest value listed in Kelley. Apparently all dealer staff were not aware of the written offer. I almost left the dealership. My salesman however was able to go back and get me an acceptable trade in allowance. At my age I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles and realize that no transaction will ever be 100% satisfactory. I do think that staff who appraise vehicles should be aware of all offers which the sales department is sending out. More
When we went into the dealership we were not planning on buying a car that afternoon. We were just looking. Alfio came right out and asked if he could help us with anything and then we explained we had go buying a car that afternoon. We were just looking. He was so helpful and answered every question we had about the SX4. He was very polite but he made sure anything he could do, he did. As my husband said he loves to see someone hussle and he was very impressed with Alfio moving quickly and really doing their job the best they can. We were in a rush that afternoon, things moved very quickly but Alfio got the things done and within minutes we were out the door with a deal and two days later we picked up the vehicle. If it wasn't for Alfio we would have walked out the door and probably would have kept looking at other dealerships for a car. That was our intention. We have never owned a Suzuki before and we weren't sure if that was the vehicle for us. Two days later after we picked up the vehicle we are very happy with it and very impressed with the vehicle. So far we would recommend it to anybody. More

We are also very happy with our new Kizashi (sport sedan SLS). We test drove a few models before deciding, and asked a lot of questions. "Our" salesman, Alfie Guiliano, was most patient, personable and helpful. When we returned to make our actual decision and purchase, Alfie had the models we were interested in available up front for a second look - and test drive, if we chose. The managers also went out of their way to introduce themselves. We were happy with the pricing and financing options, too. The dealership is nicely located, and the showroom and facilities are very clean and comfortable. We have yet to schedule the first service, but we were given a tour of the service area, and the setup looks comfortable and easily accessible. The Kizashi is a great car -- very luxurious feel and drive, especially for the pricetag. All wheel drive was a must for us - and the trade-off for that is usually not great gas mileage. We are happy to report that the highway mileage achieved thus far has already exceeded the ratings! More

Very recently me and my lovely wife bought a small sweet cool awesome, queen of the road, Suzuki SX4 (2012) from this dealer. Went in with my 2011 Kazashi for inspection - grabbed tony and had him give me a price on a 2012 grand vitara and drove off with it. I placed a call to Chris over 2 weeks ago explaining I was considering upgrading my current car (2008 Suzuki SX4) and I wanted to see if they could possibly get me in the a 2012 Kizashi....he ran some fig was considering upgrading my current car (2008 Suzuki SX4) and I wanted to see if they could possibly get me in the a 2012 Kizashi....he ran some figures and it looked liked it might work. So I set up a time the following Thursday to take and test drive one to see if I liked the car. I was introduced to Alfie, he was a great salesman he took the time to give me a tour of the car and also took me out to drive in one. I was in love with the car, I decided that point that I want to see of I could actually get a loan for one.....So at that point i needed to pick out my color.....I decided on the Deep Sea Blue Metallic.....and they ran some numbers and I am paying no more than I was paying on my current car.....Needless to say I pick up my car yesterday (May 30) and I love it...I would totally recommend them to any of my friends that are currently looking....they have a great sales staff and service department....
