This is our third coach, so we are familiar with the process. Although our salesmen were terrific, the problems began when working with the sales manager. Arrogant, erratic, and would say ANYTHING to further the sale. If you decide to shop here, be SURE to get every detail in writing, as this manager will deny saying he would do something, and you have nowhere to go. The corporation backs its manager, and you will be left with paying thousands of dollars because the manager is not a man of integrity. We have discussed the problem, to no effect, and are now taking legal steps to convince the dealership to honor it's agreement. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THE SALES PROCESS!!!!! More

Starting with their lying to us about whether the RV had been received, they had smashed a forklift into it shortly after receipt and attempted to get it fixed without telling us it was there. They told us several times it had had the tires checked for proper inflation and the lugs torqued, but neither had been done, I verified by having the service rep check these on a followup visit in my presence, the pressures were 15 psi low. Things have continued to go down-hill. More
