I was looking for an Elantra and was hoping t Steve Sheehy and the team at Delray (FL) Hyundai made my car buying experience very easy and affordable. I was looking for an Elantra and was hoping to get a new or late model used car. They happened to have a two door 2014 Elantra sport coupe on the lot which I had never considered, in a Red color that I really like. I love the car and they worked out a very fair price after a reasonable negotiation. Financing was great and they helped me get a terrific extended warranty. When I took delivery of the car, the car prep who detailed it noticed a deep scratch on the back bumper that I had not noticed. They brought it to my attention and gave me a beautiful loaner car when they fixed it. In addition, when I went to pick up my plates, I had slightly overpaid my state tax and they gave me a small refund check. In this day and age, it is a relief to find an honest dealership ! Steve Sheehy has communicated well on a couple of post sale issues (like the scratch mentioned above) and I feel confident to recommend this dealership to others. In addition, I plan to have my maintenance done at the dealership's service department and my first oil change is free ! More

We contacted Roberto for the internet sales price, and he promptly responded with a detailed description of the vehicle, equipped the way we specified, and with a detailed price breakdown for the vehicle equipped the way we specified -- MSRP, available discounts and incentives, other charges and fees, net price. His price was VERY competitive from the beginning - no run-around, which we got from most of the other dealers we considered. Financing was great and no-nonsense too. Plus, once we went to the dealership, Roberto went out of his way to make sure we had considered all the features and options, to make sure we were making the best choice for us - he did not try to sell us on anything, just tried to make sure we had all the information to decide what WE wanted. The BEST experience buying a car that we have had! And the car is GREAT too! More

We had negative experiences at other dealerships and were thankful at the customer service of not only Wayne, but all the employees at Delray Hyundai. One of the things we most appreciated was that when we had a question, he was straightforward with his answers. If he was unsure of something, he took the initiative in order to find out the correct response, rather than give us false information. We feel we made the right decision in buying from this dealership, and we will recommend it our friends and family in the future. When it comes time to get another car (which I hope won't be for a bit), we will come back to this place. Happy holidays! More

The whole auto buying experience was "painless" as well as educational and rewarding!! David in the Finance Office was equally as professional and very knowledgeable. The general manager even took a minute or two to say hello. The parts department was friendly and did exactly what was promised when I ordered an accessory and they called the next couple days to say it had arrived. The dealership is one of a family atmosphere and they sure go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcome and a part of the family!!! Thank you for the experience. John More
girl with little knowledge on phone at 5:15 pm I called to get a price on programming a door remote for my Hyundai.....the service girl that answered had no idea what I was talking about....she wen I called to get a price on programming a door remote for my Hyundai.....the service girl that answered had no idea what I was talking about....she went to find out and came back to tell me the price is $112.....Napleton is $60, so I will drive up there.....you need someone other than her handling service calls. More
