I had been talking with him for about a week and finally had the time o make the meeting happen. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated like VIP's. We test drove our CRV EX-L, discussed our needs and the dealership went to work. Carlos help this buying experience flow smoothly and professionally. He knows his product and answers any question you through at him. The management team, finance team and insurance agents performed above expectations. We closed our transaction, took delivery and went to dinner to celebrate. We are now Honda lovers and look forward to a lasting relationship with Delray Honda and our sales representative Carlos. Very responsive sales process Had a great experience with Zak and Frankie. Finally I think they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. That is what got us to Delray Honda over other dealerships. Plus Zak gave us a great offer, though his manager tried to wriggle out of it. Eventually Frankie and Zak really worked with us to seal the deal. Not such a great experience with the Finance Manager though. He seemed too smart/fast and made me feel insecure. I did not get financing from Honda Financing finally. More
