Management is friendly and the finance department didn't complicate anything. I generally deny all extras but there were a few worth the price. John made it work in a friendly way and got the job done in a timely manner. This was a great car buying experience. What really sold me was when I explained to the salesman I was test driving, he did not brush me off as some salesman do. He stuck with us knowing we had other cars to test drive. That was one reason I gave Delray Honda my business. Walter knew how great the accord hybrid was, stayed professional and took us for a great test drive. The test drive, superior engineering and staff knowledge sold the car. The engineering is easy to use and was explained clearly by Walter. One other thing. I had an extremely busy day at work with meetings all over south Florida. I coordinated with Walter and he got all the paperwork and information done so that when I came in, most of the dirty work was taken care of. This was extremely important for me commuting 3 hours daily with a busy schedule. Thanks guys! More
