Professional, efficient, NOT PUSHY! I had an excellent experience purchasing my CRV. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, the internet sales representative (Peter M) was I had an excellent experience purchasing my CRV. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I arrived, the internet sales representative (Peter M) was waiting for me ready with the two vehicles I was interested in. After the test drive, he did the numbers for me in both cars. Once I had the two "out the door" quotes, it was a breeze to make a decision. However, he realized I really liked the out and inside colors in the car I had decided not to purchase. So, he carefully looked at his inventory, and found exactly the colors I wanted in the car I wanted (a nice plus!). The additional assistance with the insurance company is saving me $60 a month on insurance premium and I have a better coverage. The financial manager was extremely agreeable and patient even though by then we were close to their closing time. I never felt pressured to hurry the process or to make a purchase. More

Even though we took a bit time in our research and considered many honda dealership in southern california, Mr. Orejuela was instantly our first choice due to no nonsense replies (no flamboyant marketing words). He had no reluctance to discuss hard numbers even without seeing us and that increased our trust in him. Carlos and Delray Honda were head and shoulders above the rest. They immediately responded to my TrueCar and E-Price quotes. When I called the first time, I spoke directly with Carlos, and we set up an appointment. AN APPOINTMENT! He was there, on time, ready to go, with the car out front (full tank) for presentation. He presents himself well, with a smile, good hygiene, and good English. After cordial introductions, Carlos showed me the car. I had studied it before coming. I knew all about it. I was prepared. Carlos could confirm or dispel every understanding that I had about the Honda. He knew far more than I. He was proud of his product, and it showed. Carlos never pressured me. His only desire was to help me make a decision. He went so far as to help me in a very personal way. After viewing the Civic, I went to Rick Case Volkswagen to look at a Jetta. As an aside, let me tell you about Rick Case. They assured me the car was on the lot. When I arrived, it was still at the Miami Port. No apology. "It was in our system as inventory, so it was here." Yeah, platonically. What a waste of time. Anyway, driving home, my car's transmission fails. I know, right? I have it towed to CarMax for sale. I need a car now big time. I liked the Civic best-- more than the Jetta, Regal, Verano, Tucson, Impreza, and Legacy. I need to pick up my kid from school. I call Carlos to tell him about me wanting the Civic and my woes. He offers to pick me up from CarMax and get my kid from school before we close the deal. What a great human being. He drives well, too. If you want a great, old school professional car salesman, call Carlos. He was AWESOME. His support staff and manager, Sam Pola, Jr. and Jason Hopkins, respectively, are good people who are fair-minded people and know what they are doing. GO DELRAY HONDA! More
