Hello, I am the Customer Relations Manager for the Service Department at Delray Honda. I have been communicating with the Service Manager, Todd Fanning regarding the issue you had and the review online. Todd informed me that the car had to be brought back in for the technicians to continue the investigation. He said that it ended up taking an extended amount of time because they had to trace every wire and connector to find the broken wire which had corroded in the main wiring harness. The wire harness was then repaired. The Service Manager stated that he explained everything to you in detail and returned the vehicle to you in perfect working order. We wanted to thank you for letting us know about the problem and giving us the chance to fix it, and we apologize again for the inconveniences this caused you. We apologize for the extended repair time and appreciate the opportunity to complete the repairs. We hope to continue as your servicing dealer.
