Mike Harris saw me immediately upon my arrival, filled out the paperwork and told me it would take 3 hours due to number of cars in front of me and the length of the procedure. He was very up-front. The customer waiting area was very nice and the coffee very good. At exactly 3 hours he came and told me the airbag replacement was complete. I bought my 2006 Pilot new from this dealership and had one bad service experience. This time my service experience was exceptional. Not only did they replace my airbag but returned my dirty Pilot washed, waxed and vacuumed. They also filled my empty windshield washer reservoir and checked the battery. Fantastic job Delray Honda, well worth the wait. More

After as week and $1,265.74 they returned the car worse If you need to get any mechanical service for your used Honda this is not the place to go. We took our CRV 2014 Honda for a battery light. We explaine If you need to get any mechanical service for your used Honda this is not the place to go. We took our CRV 2014 Honda for a battery light. We explained that the battery was brand new and that the light just came up after we changed. They called us and tell us that it was the Alternator and got approved by our insurance, but after they installed the battery light was still on, then they said it was the control module and called the insurance company and got it approved... changed it but the light was still on. So they came up with a new idea, they needed to change all the wiring of the car which is thousands of dollars... the insurance company declined the approval on the basis that THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Their plan is simple... replace piece by piece the car and if the insurance doesn't pay then bill the owner. They had the car for a full week and now ALL the lights on the dashboard are on. There is no way for us to tell anything but the speed and the amount of gas we have... This dealer is completely irresponsible they made the problem much worse drained our insurance and now we are stuck with a worthless car that they don't want to touch because THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. In the meantime they are pushing for us to get a new one... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER More
