In the beginning, things were not so great when dealing with a couple of sales people (Jay and Jeffrey)....it is not that they are bad people, but it didn't look like they cared too much about our specific customer's case. But then, when calling the manager (Allan), he took control of things and worked together with a very good salesperson (Fernando Pagan) in finding a deal that was close to what they had advertised on their website, which was what we were looking for. Thanks to Allan and Fernando, GMC / Buick in Delray was able to keep one more customer buying products from the GMC / Buick family. More
