I was extremely impressed with the staff at Dean Team VW! I was frustrated with the vw I bought right out of college and wasn't sure what my next step should be. I walked in with no intention of finding the car I wanted or having a deal in place. I first worked with Reese who was asking me all the right questions as to what I wanted. I came in on a day when it was -4 degrees out desperate for a solution to my problem. Reese to my surprise went and got a car ready for me to test drive. I fell in love with the tiguan and realized I had to have it! I became extremely overwhelmed once I realized I was going to do this. Reese came out with his first offer and I just wanted a day to think about it. Then came Dave and then Kyle trying to persuade me to lease that day. I will give it to them, they tried there very best to get a deal out of me! I needed a day to think about it and they gave me a deal they said they would work on that I couldn't turn down. I came back 2 days later and they made the impossible possible! I love my new SUV and I wouldn't have it unless it was for them! My Porsche was cleaned up VERY nicely and they even changed the oil and installed a new battery..Mike even offered me a free detail at a later point in time. Meanwhile, Kyle was able to crunch numbers and seemed to understand what I was looking for in terms of features and price. They got me into a nice little Jetta that I am really enjoying. Follow up on the sale included prompt scheduling of a 30-day check up, a thank you note in the mail from Dave and even a holiday greeting. Dave's personal attention does not go unnoticed.
