My wife and I shopped at the Subaru side and had a fantastic experience. Shawn Gibson was our salesman, and he was just plain awesome. When I first visited, he told me about the vehicles, and he oblig fantastic experience. Shawn Gibson was our salesman, and he was just plain awesome. When I first visited, he told me about the vehicles, and he obliged my request to test drive a Crosstrek and Legacy just to make sure the Outback for which I originally visited would be the right vehicle for my wife and me. He didn't pressure us for anything and was super easy to deal with. The only "issue" I had was in price negotiation when the sales manager kept rejecting my offer until I presented a competing offer, which he matched. We were trying to get my wife to a dinner that we ended up being an hour late for because of all the back-and-forth ridiculousness, but I felt like I got a good price. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I liked that Shawn didn't sit in the back of the car trying to point out every little thing in the car that he learned about in salesman class while we were test driving; instead, he let the car sell itself. This could also be because he knew we already owned a current model Outback and were just looking at a new one. We came back the next day with the intent to buy, and we were greeted kindly when we walked in the door, and the Internet Sales Manager even remembered us from the day before and got Shawn for us. I haven't dealt with the service department, but the sales department was definitely nice to work with. The finance department was great and while the extended warranty was offered, it wasn't pushed. I'd happily buy from here again. More

I came to the dealership at least 4 times to test drive and ask questions: he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during every visit. He remained patient throughout the entire experience (I am very indecisive and a slow decision maker). I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. The Dean Team offers great perks like free car washes and state inspections for the life of the car in addition to all the other VW offers. More

I purchased a 2013 Jetta TDI and received a $750 discount and another $500 over my initial offer on my trade. I already had pre-approval going in from Capital One and they are getting me a lower interest rate through their credit union. There are many additional benefits to going with Dean team such as: free oil changes, free car washes for life, etc. I wouldn't buy a VW anywhere but here. More
We have been researching the Forrester for several years and decided it was time. We got ore-approved from our Credit Union and made the mistake of going to three other Subaru dealerships before going to t and decided it was time. Keep in mind we had researched the car wanted to buy and had the money in hand. These three dealerships was a tragic comedy, mean spirited, rude to the point that we were considering not buying the car any longer. We called and Dave Liss put us in contact with Carl Schaeffer. It could not have been a better experience, respectful, patient, through, and professional. We are grateful for the respectful treatment we received. This dealership and Carl in particular are highly recommended to our friends. Thank you Dean Team!!! More

This is the first vehicle I've purchased and I am really glad Wes was the representative to help us, he was friendly, patient, and made the process comfortable and easy. As for the car, it's awesome! Wes set our expectations beforehand and reviewed different options for us to purchase the car. They had the car cleaned and washed and we left the dealership with a full tank of gas, which was a great relief considering my hometown is 3 and a half hours away! More
