After having a rather annoying run in with the bank, we went into the dealer who had already ordered the car for us, and told him we wouldn't be able to close the deal after all. The Dean Team proved to be a very great choice to purchase my new Subaru Cross Trek. We scouted around for the best deals in Iowa and waited a long time for dealers to get back to us. We test drove two cars and once our final decision had been made, the process of buying the car was the most painless dealership experience ever. John didn't try and nickel and dime us, there was no pretense of asking for the approval of sales management teams, and there was a bottom line sticker price... instead of saying, "how much can you afford each month?" we were treated with real costs, real numbers and a better interest rate than our personal, pre-approved loan. Salesman was pretty good - worked hard. The sales manages gave one price on Friday, confirmed on Saturday and then tied to raise the price 13% when I came back in to sign the papers on Monday. The delivery was not ready when we were told and then said manager argued with me as to whether or not my feelings were genuine or not saying that "you just can't please everyone." Because I refused to pay the higher price and made them stick to thier orginal price, I am the bad guy for buying a car from your place. Nice!! More

Sorry I have not answered your questionaire yet but instead have been Subaruing all over!!!!! We were looking for a car that could handle secondary roads in the winter with icy conditions and Subaru ca instead have been Subaruing all over!!!!! We were looking for a car that could handle secondary roads in the winter with icy conditions and Subaru came up. I could not have been more impressed with the cars performance and handling. I have not yet tried icy roads but wet conditions certainly. Pete was very pleasant and easy to talk to.
