My wife and I bought a new beetle this passed weekend from the Dean Team, and everything was great from start to finish. We were especially impressed that he helped show us around the car, and continued to demonstrate the features AFTER the deal was done and the papers were signed. He didn't wave and walk away, he stayed with us until we were familiar with car, and let us know we can always contact him if we have any questions. I chose Dean Team because I spoke to Carl a few times over the phone before stop in & he was just spectacular with his knowledge, he was keen on listening to me, very friendly as well as the fact that he wasn't try to push a car on me that I didn't want or sell me a car that i wasnt comfortable with either. I certainly, have found a dealership for life because of Carl Schaeffer. Secondly, I felt that their trade-in value, discounts & sales were extremely reasonable & fair. Which, is just one most positive aspect to add to my list with the Dean Team Ballwin. Plus, getting free car washes for life is a very nice perk too! Many thanks to Carl, Wes, Tom & the management for all that you have done to help our needs through this process, all of you are amazing! More
Was interested in a 2014 Subaru Forester because of the rave consumer ratings. Tony Wright - our sales person - explained these vehicles were in high demand but indicated he could locate one from another rave consumer ratings. Tony Wright - our sales person - explained these vehicles were in high demand but indicated he could locate one from another dealer and arrange a swap. He thought this could be done by mid-December but allowed that it would be up to the other dealerships in agreeing to a swap. We negotiated a fair trade-in value and price for the new vehicle at the end of November. We had specific color requirements and that further complicated Tony's effort but regardless of these hurdles we took possession of our new vehicle this past Monday, Dec 23. Tony delivered as promised...and in time for Christmas. Frankly, everyone at the Dean Team dealt with us transparently and explained the next steps along with probable timelines. The overall experience was enjoyable and there were no high pressure tactics or exaggerated promises made. This is how all sales should be! At delivery, Tony went through the important parts of the Owner's Manual and pointed out those that impacted safety. He then took us out to the vehicle and walked through all the systems. He even helped my wife pair her IPhone via Bluetooth to the audio system. The entire process was about an hour in duration and was at the right level of detail. Tony would stop periodically to let us digest the content of what he was explaining and to allow for clarifying questions, etc. I think the balance stuck was perfect - enough important info but not so much as to be overwhelming. Good job to Tony and all the folks at the Dean Team. More
