My husband and I have bought from Dean Team Dealers before and have never had a bad experience. We went thinking we were going to buy a Forrester but I fell in love with the Outback. My husband and I came to the Dean Team Subaru, because we were considering buying a new 2014 Forester. I was trying to determine which vehicle would fit me better - a Subaru Forester or a Honda CR-V. After test driving a Forester at another dealership, I was fairly convinced it was going to be the right choice for me. We came to Dean Team in order to see what they had in stock. When we arrived, they had the exact vehicle I was hoping to buy. James came right over to help us. He explained the symmetrical all-wheel drive and showed us a video about it, further convincing us of the quality of Subaru. It took us some time to negotiate, but he and sales manager, Matt, were willing to meet us at a price we could afford. I actually called around to a couple of other Subaru dealerships, but they were unable to negotiate with us on the terms we wanted. After talking with the other dealerships, I realized just how much the Dean Team is willing to work with their customers. I got the vehicle I wanted at a decent price, with all of the exciting options the Forester Premium has to offer. James put in a lot of time and effort to help us and even stayed late after we purchased the car to make sure we understood how to use everything. Dustin helped us with finance and got us an even lower interest rate than what was initially quoted! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and flexible.
