I was dreading shopping for a new car, but the time had come. I did a lot of online research of compact SUVs but my wife and I wanted to go around to the top rated brands and see if their cars 'fit'. The Subaru product was a good fit, but what was really impressive was the Dean Team dealership. Michael Kaufman was polite, personable, and highly knowledgeable. He was very patient with our questions and demonstrated all of the car's functions. The deal was fair. There were none of the usual tropes like the four-square sheet or having to check with the manager. We got to an out the door price and a fair value for my trade in. The fulfillment process was very thorough and we will go back in two weeks to review any questions that may come up. I absolutely recommend Dean Team Subaru. More
