I’ve learned you get what you pay for, and this dealership is worth it! Thanks Wes for all the help and advice. Best car salesman I’ve ever had. I did however have a different experience with Richard the finance guy. We felt very rushed into signing papers that he didn’t explain what charges were for. We had him slow down and he told us that the warranty we had inquired about was put on (without us confirming that we wanted it, we had just asked about it and were not told even what company it was through, how claims were to be made, nothing.) He told us several times he doesn’t make any money selling them and we should get it, and he didn’t tell us we could purchase one on our own without paying extra at the dealership. I later found out he does make money by selling them and was very surprised he wasn’t truthful about this. As far as my car financing, I didn’t even know who my loan was through or what my interest rate was until I got a letter in the mail. It was all just so rushed. Be very careful and review every paper and charge before signing. If you feel rushed, do not sign yet and take your time and ask questions. Despite my experience with Richard, I would still definitely recommend this dealership and its salesmen. Sheila More
We just purchased a 2024 Subaru Ascent. We went to Dean Team because we had purchased our last two vehicles from them. We purchased a Subaru Legacy in 2012 and a Subaru Forester in 2017. John Ostlund was our sales representative for our first two vehicles. We enjoyed working with him and found that he is still there, only now he is the Sales Manager. This time our sales representative, Shawn Nethercott, helped us find the exact vehicle we were looking for within a week. John and Shawn worked together to give us the best deal on our new Ascent and gave us the 5 Star service we have always gotten at Dean Team. Shawn took his time with us and went over all the features of the car. We have learned that we can trust the Subaru brand, and Dean Team Subaru makes the purchasing experience easy. More
